Organic farming is based on natural methods. The pigs we select are raised exclusively on organic farms in south-western France (Indication G\u00e9ographique Prot\u00e9g\u00e9e), where they benefit from a pleasant climate, rich and diverse vegetation and one of the highest levels of sunshine in France.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Only natural and organic ingredients are used in our maturing process. Natural salt from Salies de B\u00e9arn applied by hand to our organic Bayonne Hams. No added preservatives.<\/p>

The production of this ham is similar to that of traditional Bayonne Ham, but is carried out separately in order to guarantee the integrity of the product.
