The pigs we select are raised exclusively on organic farms in South-West France and are fed plant-based products supplied directly by the farm, also from organic agriculture. The pigs are raised semi free-range and enjoy all the benefits (air quality, a more varied diet, space, freedom of movement, etc.). Farm size is limited, reducing the risk of diseases that could infect the herd. The animals are less stressed, less aggressive, and \u201csoil trampling\u201d caused by frequent use of a restricted area\u2014which promotes erosion\u2014is minimized. <\/p>\n
