General Terms & Conditions of Sale
ARTICLE 1: THE OFFER
The offers are valid on the site for the duration of their presence online; they are valid for any purchase made online, without geographical limitation, unless otherwise stated.
ARTICLE 2: SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
We do our utmost to ensure that our products give you complete satisfaction.
If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer you a refund or replacement of the product(s) concerned. No returns or replacements will be accepted after the expiry of the use-by date.
You have a right of 7 days after receipt of the parcel to return it to us, in its original packaging, and obtain a refund or exchange.
During this period, the return of the parcel is fully guaranteed: no justification will be requested.
For any returned item that you have paid for, the following applies:
the parcel has been returned unopened: refund of the parcel and any shipping costs.
the product is returned, intact, in its original packaging, because you are not satisfied with it: refund of the product, the return costs are at your expense.
the product is returned for a reason for which Salaisons de l’Adour is responsible: we will reimburse the product(s) concerned as well as any return costs.
You can either proceed with a standard product exchange or be reimbursed by cheque.
In the event of a complaint, please return the offending product to us and mention your name, first name, address, date and order number as well as your customer reference. Any incomplete request will not be taken into account.

ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The payment of the order is made either by cheque or by credit card.
Payment by cheque: cheques must be made out to “Salaisons de l’Adour”.
Payment by credit card: our site is subject to a security system with the Crédit Agricole. We have adopted the SSL encryption process, which is the current reference for data encryption on the Internet. All the sensitive data of the online payment are thus secured.
Your orders are processed as quickly as possible by our Customer Service and Shipping Department from Monday to Friday morning. Orders must be placed before 10am for same day dispatch.
ARTICLE 4: CONTRIBUTION TO SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments in Metropolitan France: the delivery costs are indicated in the order process according to the weight and the choice of delivery method

*Salaisons de l’Adour are not responsible for delivery delays. The times indicated below are those usually observed. They are given as an indication and have no contractual form.
These deadlines are for working days, excluding postal delivery problems and depending on the availability of the products.
ARTICLE 5: TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES
1 – VAT
The regulations are set by the European Union.
2 – CUSTOMS DUTIES
Any customs duties to be paid at destination are the responsibility of the recipient of your shipment. These duties are not the responsibility of Salaisons de l’Adour. It is therefore up to you to inform yourself with the competent authorities of any restrictions on the import of the products you are planning to order.
ARTICLE 6: APPLICABLE LAW – COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The present contract is subject to French law and the conditions of sale are governed by French law. The language of this contract is French.
All disputes that may arise between the parties concerning, among other things, the validity, interpretation, execution or termination of the Contract or all disputes relating to sales made by Salaisons Pyrénéennes and the application or interpretation of these general terms and conditions of sale will be dealt with directly by the Commercial Court of Tarbes or any competent court located in the customer’s geographical area.
