Producers and artisans from the Pyrenean Piedmont but above all passionate about good taste, the Padouen collective has enabled the preservation and sustainability of a species that nearly disappeared: the Bigorre black pig. Faced with intensive farming, Padouen farmers decided to promote this breed, which is admittedly slow-growing and not very productive, but with such superior taste! Raised responsibly, fed on acorns and chestnuts, certified with a strict AOP specification, the collective is committed to offering only exceptional products with an inimitable flavor.
