Discover our Aging Box, which lets you taste 3 of our best hams: a Label Rouge Free-Range Bayonne ham aged 12 months, one aged 14 months, and a Noir de Bigorre pork ham AOP aged 20 months. Chiffonade or slices—there is something for every taste! What’s more, all our hams are nitrite-free! And to accompany this tasting, a bottle of Le Torus Madiran – Vignobles Brumont 75 cl (Grape varieties: Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon)

Producers and artisans from the Pyrenean foothills, and above all passionate about great taste, the Padouen collective helped save and secure the future of a breed that nearly disappeared: the Porc Noir de Bigorre. In the face of intensive farming, Padouen breeders chose to champion this breed—slow and not very productive, but with vastly superior flavour! Responsibly farmed, fed on acorns and chestnuts, protected by an AOP with strict specifications, the collective is committed to offering only exceptional products with an inimitable taste.
