Torus – Château Montus Madiran 75 cl
An exceptional winemaker, repeatedly awarded, Alain Brumont has created a style that expresses the alchemy between a grape variety, a terroir and human know-how. In the heart of Gascony, he restored Madiran and tannat, its king grape variety, to their former glory. This Torus, whose range was created in 2000, is renowned as the wine of the 3rd millennium. From vines under 20 years old on the Bouscassé and Montus terroirs, it is the result of a meticulous blend of tannat, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc.

Free-range pork – Label Rouge farms are all located in Southwest France. The combination of the Free-range pork and Label Rouge certifications guarantees quality and taste. Outdoor rearing for 200 to 230 days, combined with a traditional cereal-based diet (without additives or antibiotics), allows for greater physical activity for the animals and the production of superior quality hams. They are then salted individually by hand with Salies-de-Béarn salt and dried in our cellars at the heart of the PGI Bayonne Ham geographical area. (Protected Geographical Indication)
